3. Quotations & Payments
- All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or invoice.
- Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayNow, and other approved modes communicated by us.
- Late or incomplete payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment issues, or manpower constraints.
5. Warranty & Liability
- Workmanship warranty may apply to certain services. The scope and duration will be stated in your quotation or invoice.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, third-party alterations, natural wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control.
- While we take care during our work, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area.
- Any pre-existing issues must be declared before work begins.
- Customers are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.
7. Environmental Commitment
By using our services, customers acknowledge and support our eco-conscious practices, including energy-efficient repairs, reduced material wastage, and responsible disposal of materials.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Bob Engineering & Sustainability Pte Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
